The shoe is made from leather, canvas fabric, EVA and rubber sole. Available sizes are UK/SA size 5-11

1. Shipping & Delivery
We ship nationwide across South Africa and offer international delivery upon request.

Standard orders are processed within 3–7 business days. Custom or made-to-order items may take 7–14 business days.
Delivery times vary by location. Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS/WhatsApp.
2. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unused items in their original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or an error was made on our end.

3. Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
If your refund is approved, it will be credited back to your original method of payment.
Custom items and sale items are not eligible for refunds unless faulty.
4. Custom Orders
Custom designs require a 50% non-refundable deposit.
Production timelines for custom items range from 7–21 business days, depending on the complexity.
Please ensure all details are confirmed before finalizing your custom order.
5. Payment Options
We accept secure payments via credit/debit card, EFT, SnapScan, and PayFast.
All transactions are encrypted and secure.
