Inkomo KaNdwandwe

Inkomo KaNdwandwe is a cultural-inspired design narrative under Homegrown Shandis that celebrates the legacy and symbolism of cattle (inkomo) within the Ndwandwe heritage. In many African traditions, cattle represent wealth, identity, social connection, and continuity, serving as markers of prosperity and cultural pride.

Inkomo KaHlase

Inkomo KaHlase is a cultural design concept under Homegrown Shandis that draws inspiration from the Hlase clan’s heritage and its symbolic relationship with cattle (inkomo) as a source of strength, wealth, and communal identity. In African tradition, cattle signify abundance, dignity, and the continuity of lineage, and this narrative celebrates those enduring values.

"It's not just a shoe, it's a piece of royalty."
